How do I purchase a brand identity?

There are three ways to purchase your brand identity: (1) Identify the brand identity that you desire to purchase, click on the brand identity to add it to your shopping cart, and follow the prompts to check out using Stripe; (2) you may also contact us via email or telephone to convey which brand identity you would like to purchase. We will set up a purchase transaction via Escrow.com which will serve as a neutral third-party for the sales transaction. Escrow.com will assist with the sales transaction , and will only release escrowed funds once the Buyer has indicated that the brand identity has been transferred to the Buyer by Dynametry; or (3) a direct sales transaction handled via Bank Wire, which entails wiring the required funds to purchase the brand identity to an account designated by Dynametry or one of its agents. Thereafter, the purchased brand identity will be transferred to the Buyer via electronic transfer for digitized images, and via domain registrar for the transfer of all purchased domain names.

Are there any other costs associated with the sales transaction at the Dynametry Website?

All purchases made via Escrow.com will include a transaction fee determined by Escrow.com.  The Buyer will be responsible for the cost of the brand identity, and any associated commissions or other costs charged via Escrow.com.

What forms of payment does Dynametry accept?

Our website accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express via Stripe. All payments must be received before the domain transfer is initiated.

How long will it take to receive my brand identity?

You receive the brand identity files soon after purchase. Domain transfer times vary by registrar and typically complete in approximately one week.
